He came to Spain for the sol, the food and the Mediterranean lifestyle.

There was only one tiny problem.

His Spanish. 😳

Welcome to G.U.I.R.I., our comic journey through the everyday situations that suddenly become surprisingly complicated when you don't know what to say.

This is where the adventure begins.

Look carefully at the original presentation. Our hero is optimistic, enthusiastic and completely convinced that his Spanish is “not bad at all.”

Spain is about to test that theory.

🇪🇸 So... what exactly is G.U.I.R.I.?

It's not a traditional Spanish course.

There are no characters sitting in a classroom saying:

Student A: Hola, me llamo John. ¿Cómo te llamas?

Student B: Hola, John. Me llamo Susan.

Because real life has other plans.

Real life says:

💊 Explain your problem in a pharmacy.

🩺 Understand what they're asking you at the doctor.

🛒 Find something in a supermarket.
